Utah Vacation

We went up to Utah after Christmas to Visit Wade's Family. His sister was in town from CA who we don't get to see often. It was a fun week. We didn't do too much but I like those kinds of vacations. We went to a Utah Basketball game on Wednesday night and I was reminded of why I usually stay home from those. They are just kind of Pointless with the kids. I am too busy watching the kids that I don't even get to watch the game so I feel like I might as well be at home. Wade also went to another game on Saturday. The highlight of the weekend for Wade though was being able to watch Utah win their bowl game with his Family. It was so loud from their cheering I think the whole neighborhood could hear them. We played card games during the game so that was fun for me. Overall it was a fun weekend to just hang out with Family. Here are some pictures from the weekend.

Since we aren't all together a lot we took some pictures. Of course Caitlyn was being her stubbron self when it comes to pictures. That is why she is the only grandchild not on the bench. Overall it was a pretty good picture experience. It didn't end with me in tears from frustration.

Here is Elsa and Wade enjoying the football game. Elsa could not get enough of the dogs. She was so cute with them. She has to love nana's dog though because we will probably never have a dog.

Caitlyn went sledding with Papa, Dad, Angie, Morgan, Tristen, Ryan,Nathan and Dad. She had a lot of fun. In all the picture I saw she had a smile on her face.

Christmas

This year for Christmas we were able to stay at home. We had Christmas eve with my family and then home to prep for Santa. Santa was very good to the kids this year. We videotaped more than took pictures this year so I don't have a ton but a few to show what the kids got. It was a great Christmas.

Caitlyn received cleaning items from Grandma.

Here is Caitlyn with some of her gifts.

The girls received this little table, which they love and sit at all the time, and a wooden train set.
This ball toy is Elsa's favorite. Not a day goes by that she doesn't play with it.

And of course Wade broke the budget as he does every year for me. He really does spoil me. This year we were just doing stockings for each other. This picture was part of my stocking. I have always loved this picture. I told Wade that if we have to 2 girls I definitely want this picture. Well, Greg Olsen was at Costco in May and so he signed it for me and wrote a message. I love it. It is now hanging in our family room.

Polar Express

This year we were able to go to Williams, AZ to ride the Polar Express. Last year for Christmas my brother and his wife gave us this trip for Christmas. It was so much fun. It was hard to wait a whole year but worth the wait. It was perfect little trip. Not too far of a drive but just enough to get away. It was cold in Williams though. Part of the present was matching pajamas for the trian ride. Below is a picture of all of us. There was close to 40 people. It was a lot of fun to be with all the family. I am glad we all get a long and like each other so we can do these things. the day before we left Elsa woke up with Croup. Yeah! So off the doctor we went for the steriod shot. I didn't want anything coming in the way of the trip. We left on Saturday rode the train that night and then drove home Sunday. Part of the package was a dinner and Breakfast buffet. the train ride was a lot of fun. Caitlyn had a great time. Elsa was not feeling very well on the Train ride but I think she still enjoyed it as well. It was a great trip. Thanks Tyler and Sarah. Below are the pictures we took from the weekend.

December Happenings

I know it has been forever since I posted but I am finally getting around to it. This has post has some random pictures of things we did in December. Below are pictures of Wade and Caitlyn making a gingerbread house. Elsa just enjoyed being cute and eating the candy.

Of course I had to take some pictures of the snow we had in Vegas. It was fun to have snow and it was even better to know that it would last one day and not come back like this for a long time. That made the snow very enjoyable. The girls loved it and all Caitlyn wanted to do was build a "nowman"( snowman).

Also, in December we found out that I am pregnant with Baby #3! We are excited. I haven't been to the doctor yet but figure I am due sometime around the middle of August.
